Spondylolisthesis

Spondylolisthesis is a condition where a vertebrae (the bone parts of the spine) slips out of place (forward or backward). This change in alignment can cause disc damage and compression of nerves that results in pain, numbness, tingling, and instability of the spine.  We offer minimally invasive approaches that can lead to reduced pain, faster recovery, and less scarring compared to traditional surgeries.  These are less invasive options compared to traditional pedicle screw fixation, offering similar biomechanical stabilization

What We
Offer

The Minuteman procedure is a minimally invasive procedure to treat conditions lumbar spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, and spondylolisthesis. The implant is placed between the spinous processes of the vertebrae. This aims to stabilize the spine often with shorter recovery times and less tissue disruption. The device can provide stability, indirect decompression, and immobilization of the spinous processes of adjacent vertebrae.

Spinous Process Fixation (SP-Fix)  is a minimally invasive spine surgery that uses a device to provide stability and fusion in the spine. The device is attached to the spinous processes (projections on the back of vertebrae) to create a stable and fused segment. This procedure is often used in conjunction with bone graft material and can be an alternative to traditional pedicle screw fixation. The device can provide stability, indirect decompression, and immobilization of the spinous processes of adjacent vertebrae.
