In order to serve all residents of Delaware, Dr. Balu has established comprehensive spine/pain management centers in Wilmington, Dover, Lewes and Seaford encompassing all three counties of Delaware. All the four facilities are conveniently located and easily accessible. All offices are equiped with state of the art therapy equipment, in office procedure rooms with mobile x-ray machine called as "Fluoroscope". Fluoroscope enables the phyician to visualize the anatomy of the spinal column and perform spinal injections in a safe and effective manner.
